Swift Peaks brings a roster of surf hooks imbued with indie and alternative vibes to the Nation's Capital with their energetic live-performances that'll surely leave you with smiles on your faces and choruses ringing in your ears. Inspired by Hockey Dad's visit to Canberra in late 2017, Swift Peaks began as an experimental jam between mates in an old garage in O’Connor. What resulted was a string of hooky surf-rock tunes based on catchy melodies and head banging beats. After outfitting the band with a full roster of members in late 2018, Swift Peaks has evolved into its current form: a happy-go-lucky outfit of guys that pumps out rock songs with surf and indie roots in one of the most energetic performances you'll find on the current Canberra scene. The boys are excited to announce that their debut single ‘Better’ is available on all streaming platforms right now, and their second single ‘Another Day’ will be announced in the coming weeks.
