Hi, I'm TØMO, My first name is Thomson. I am a Australian born Chinese raised in Melbourne. Growing up everyone called me Thommo hence my artist name being TØMO (didn't get too creative with it but I don't mind it). I got into making music pretty late, started producing about 7 years ago and only been focusing on song writing as an artist the past 3. Started out experimenting with electronic music inspired by artists like flume, flying lotus, ta-ku and tokimonsta. But deep down secretly I always had a passion for singing, but was never comfortablele with my vocal abilities and the way my vocals sounded. I was always held back by thinking it's too late to start learning. Took a few years to slowly build my courage to finally give it a crack and here I am now. I grew up with 90s rnb and love how the sound has developed over the years. I would say my sound is inspired by the weekend and the whole ovo winter type of vibe. I just want to make music people can vibe out to on a drive.
