By the age of 19 Taiaha had already written, toured and released a successful EP. Bargain Hunter was played on RAGE. Interviewed by the ABC with Chris Finnen. Allday and Kultar Ahluwalia open for debut show of the Come As You Are tour and supported Bone Thugs and Harmony. TAIAHA continued to produce a blend of Reggae and Hip-Hop with Carclew funded L.R.E. EP, and album “Rubbah Dubs”. This lead to an opportunity for an hour segment at WOMADelaide with a full band. This brought his whole community out to witness the sound. Since the success of the WOMADelaide set, TAIAHA has been booked to support numerous Australian legends and iconic festivals with the ability to sculpt his set to fit the whole vibration of the show. Recently his skills as a guitarist and producer have taken a backseat to TAIAHA's drive for performance. The physicality of a vocal specialist is something that TAIAHA embodies, studies and practices and is the new found focus of this diverse artist.
