TALO are a father daughter duo based in Sydney. Their debut album, Maybe We Should Know By Now is their first collaboration despite both having played music their whole lives. With so many similar musical influences, the album was a natural step. It started in Dubbo NSW where due to boredom father and daughter began playing each other bits and pieces of songs they had written in an attempt to keep from going crazy. Bit by bit, an album was born. Once they had moved back to Sydney, they recruited some of Sydney’s finest Jazz cats to provide the outstanding musical accompaniment and here we are. “Maybe we should know by now is an eclectic mix of adult contemporary styles including pop, jazz, funk and folk.
