Piano/organ driven Great-Ocean-Road funk/soul based Tank Dilemma (with nods to blues, jazz and rock) have just released their 3rd record 'Having Said That, Let Me Say This' at the 2013 Port Fairy Folk Fest. Features horns (Matt Hewson, Matt Trenery), driving rhythm section (Ruben Shannon, Brenton Smith) and sometimes the guitar stylings of guest Shannon Bourne. Hard swinging sometimes, infectious and riff-heavy - with an Australian lyrical bent - the act plays the songs of pianist/ frontman Richard 'Tank' Tankard. Tank-D usually performs as a 4 or 5 piece, and occasionally even in stripped-back-trio or beefed-up-6 piece modes. Members have also played with Albert Lee, Tom Richardson Project, Shane Howard, Piffen Yonnies, Gorgonzola and the Wolfgramm Sisters. The singles 'Like to Like' and 'Gravitate' are gaining airplay on ABC and other networks, and 2013 will see album launches all over the place.
