Ted Dempsey is a singer/songwriter/producer from Melbourne, Australia. Beginning his foray into the live Melbourne music scene at the young age of 15, Ted has played in a host of bands including Jarvis Jay, Shaman Son as well as most recently playing bass in Money for Rope and his own full live band Yachay whom he shares vocals and guitars with his 3 brothers. Taking influence from artists such as Elliott Smith, Sparklehorse and Nick Cave at his most sombre, it's clear Ted has a proclivity toward the darker, more melancholic end of the musical spectrum. A taste of what's to come.
