Tenpenny Towers is a five piece metalcore band from Sydney, Australia. Tenpenny Towers officially formed in 2010 once the search for a vocalist and a drummer had concluded. After spending six month writing and tightening their set they played their first show in August '10 at the local Manly Fishos, they spent the rest of the year playing shows all over Sydney in venues ranging from skate parks to RSL's, finishing off the year placing 3rd overall in the Metal Melee competition at the Valve Bar & Venue. Tenpenny Towers have been lucky enough to share the stage with several high profile and talented up and coming bands such as The Storm Picturesque, Sienna Skies, From the Sky, Sector Sixteen, The Turning Tide, City of Ghosts, To The Grave and Above the Fallen. The boys in Tenpenny Towers can usually be seen supporting their mates at shows all over Sydney proving their loyalty and appreciation for the Sydney music scene and the bands that make them proud to be a part of it.
