Territorial (Nathaniel Morse) are a heavy pop / punk band from the coastal town of Port Willunga, Adelaide. Today they releases debut single Something To Talk About. Written between January and March 2021, Something To Talk About, examines the sedicious influence of social media on an unexpecting generation. Territorial sound like a mid tempo Pavement covering Crowded House, The Kinks, and a pinch of America. Something To Talk About focuses on a restlessness and anger in Morse’s songwriting. A very loud (repeat loud) and confident cut of alt rock, blaring guitars, and a relentless hook. The track is a lyrical meditation on the vice grip technology has on our lives, and the injustices encountered by minority groups in 2021.
