Born and raised in Tropical North Queensland, Tess has a rich musical background and has collaborated with many national and international musicians in many genres. Writing songs since she was 12, Latu has completed a degree in Contemporary Composition, a Post Graduate Diploma of Music Education and has had her original songs recordered and performed by a handful of artists, in Australia and overseas. Forging her own solo sound with producer, Orlando Allen, they have created the perfect blend of organic and urban. Sweet vocal harmonies served on a sumptuous organic bed of R'n'B, Urban and Jazz. In September 2013, Tess released her self-titled debut EP. This EP was recorded at Flamedog Studios in South Golden Beach, a stone's throw from Byron Bay, Australia. This is an intimate introduction to the works of Tess Latu. Celebrating the
