Somewhere in between the Scandinavian mountains and Australian Coast we find Tess & the Tide: full of rich string sounds, pastoral lyrics and pure folk vocals, Tess & the Tide draws inspiration the likes of First Aid Kit, Of Monsters and Men and Gregory Alan Isakov, as well as romantic writers including Thomas Hardy, Lord Byron and the Bronte sisters. Formed this year and comprising entirely of high school kids, these guys have a passion for music that could take them anywhere.
