The 16th Hour was a high school rock band from the late 90's composed of guitarist/song writer Jake Holman, bassist/vocalist Tom Parslow, guitarist Ben Dinsdale, and drummer Jason Brandt. The members all met during their attendance at Sprague High School in Salem, Oregon. Playing at local venues throughout the Willamette Valley, the band eventually split in 2003.
