An ode to South Australia’s soon-to-be most famous bus route, The 745 are an emerging punk outfit from the Mid Coast of SA. Their debut album has just released, be sure to have a listen. Oozing with energy, what this 4 piece feed lack in age they make up for with 1:50 punk anthems. With the youngest member being 16, the band are inspired by their local Port Noarlunga community and their everyday antics as teenagers. Beyond their years, The 745 write, mix and master their own tunes in a top secret location by the name of Snake Pit Studio. Their melodic yet punchy tunes are influenced by the likes of Amyl and the Sniffers and local neighbours STORK. With Ari McGregor on guitar, Cooper McEwan on bass, Marcus Anthony on drums and Ruben Williams as front man, this quadruple threat are able to make music that will secure your seat on the party bus that is, The 745.
