Sibling folk duo Hannah and Dan Acfield are multi-instrumentalists with an ear for a harmony. Releasing their debut double A-side ‘After You/Sorry I’ve Taken So Long’ in 2012 and their EP ‘Turning the Page in the same year, the duo travelled the country before releasing their first full-length self-titled album ‘The Acfields’ in 2014. Reaction from live audiences around the country saw their storytelling, vocal harmonies, and endearing on-stage sibling banter shine. Noel Mengel from The Courier Mail said “sometimes two heads are better than one. So it proves for siblings Dan and Hannah Acfield.” Since then The Acfields have been heard on national and community radio including a spot in Brisbane’s 4ZZZ Hottest 100. In 2016 the siblings were awarded highly commended in the country category at the Queensland Music Awards for their song ‘The Years’.
