Young up and coming DJ - producers, The Awkward Boys have quickly gained a reputation as one of the most exciting new faces on the Sydney Club scene and with a nasty habit of tearing the roof of any venue they play, many experienced campaigners have got these boys noted as perhaps one of the leading forces pushing the Sydney scene to new limits with fresh sounds and a whole new party attitude. Influenced heavily by the synth melodies of Hardstyle the heavy bass of UK Garage & Bassline and the energy of Fidget, The Awkward Boys have been able to create a unique sound of Distorted beats, lengthy melodic breakdowns and infectious Basslines that have been accepted by punters throughout many of Sydney's most respected nightspots including Oxford Art Factory, Moulin Rouge, Chinese Laundry, Candy's Apartment, Dragonfly, Nevermind, and Ruby Rabbit.
