Black Sun are a psychedelic rock and roll band that ooze grooves influenced by the summer of love. After the release of their debut EP in July '17 with a big haul of shows throughout the South-East Queensland scene, They dropped their new single "Yesterday" in Feb 2018 and after a short break Black Sun have returned like a hot potatoe that'll take you back in time half a century and induce you into kaleidoscopic ecstasy. With a live and electrifying performance that'll promise to please and get you moving, Black Sun ain't to be missed!

Black Sun is a five piece guitar band from Perth. The lineup consists of two guitarists, bass, drums and a front man with a tambourine. Influenced by bands like The Verve and Neil Young and Crazy Horse, as well as other local Perth bands like Pond, Red Shoes Boy and Tame Impala. We like to play with tons of delay, heaps of reverb and lots of pretty flashing lights spinning all around us. Thats about it.
