Hailing from London, The BlackWhite are an alternative, indie, rock band. Since releasing their debut EP earlier this year, the band have already proven their abilities to fill some great venues including, Notting Hill Arts Club and The Borderline, with their energetic presence.​ Front man Josh Bray attracted the attention of the media with his debut solo album, ‘Whisky & Wool’. But it was when Josh collaborated with fellow musicians Ed Broad, Guy Prall and Harry Deacon, that the music moved away from the original laid-back folk sound, passing through blues and rock influences to eventually settle on the alternative music of their youth and a new sound that teases between light and dark, transforming the foursome into their group name, The BlackWhite.​ A more recent addition to the line-up has been friend and synth player, Ashley Krajewski, who has added new warmth and depth to the live show.
