United by their love of booze, GHD hair straighteners and David Bowie, the BlockRockers are the unlikely collaboration of DJ's Brendon and Clayton Zane, and two trashy vocalists they literally stumbled across during their travels, Nadine M and Lil Mik. Inspired by cool stuff in the vintage section of the General Pants catalogue, their music is a mixture of electro, indie, pop and whatever else is considered 'all the rage' at the current time. After already conquering their local scene in the short time they have been together, playing weekly to over 1000 people at their current residencies, they are developing a large following and fast rising amongst the hip Sydney crowd, playing at many cool clubs and having supported many cool people. Described as both 'Wollongong's favourite sons' and 'Kiama's greatest export after the Blowhole' The BlockRockers are currently on the verge of releasing their debut EP, with their new electro pop anthem "Heart For Last" already on rotation on
