Fighting with Emu for title of Western Australia’s favourite product, Perth’s The Bob Gordons win hands down on average alcohol content. Driven by a DIY ethos and the unreasonable yet obviously achievable expectation of a good time, all the time, the boys have ridden the bush chook to the top of Perth’s punk scene and beyond. Tom (guitar, vocals), Horse (guitar, vocals), Bob (bass, vocals) and Josh (drums) make the kind of music that can only come from four mates. It’s unpretentious, it’s loud and it’s comes with a cast-iron guarantee that you’ll join in whatever it is they’re asking.
