The Branson Tramps are a three piece rock band from Perth, Western Australia. The band formed in 2010 after the the breakup of Heir of the Dog, with former vocalist David Hall picking up bass and Rhys Davies taking up vocal duties as well as lead guitar. They released a demo cd the same year, which was well received and will be followed up with their debut EP, Thermo Sonic, in August 2011. Recorded at Sumo Studios, the five track release showcases the band's influences of stoner rock, blues, punchy rock and roll and psychedelic rock.
