In 2009, out of the pits of near recession, The Cilikis Progression Project was born. Why instrumental metal?, Because music is an art form that requires skill not if you can dance or sing or can make someone a shitload of money. After joining gold coast band, Void, Brendan met Frank. Frank has a mate, Tyronne and the three decided to get together and form what is known as Instrumental Metal with a progressive feel. The band is in its infancy yet is comprised of three musicians with over 55 years total experience in music. The Cilikis Progressio Project is not for everyones ears nor as Mike Portnoy puts it in LTE, "not for music critics of extreme self indulgence or the musically fainthearted" If you enjoy your music seriously you will enjoy the work of The Cilikis Progressio Project
