Girth Lager and The Crime have known each other since early school years although it's only in the last year that we've started to jam regularly. We're casual muso's, we enjoy making a racket and letting the neighbours and our friends know we're around. It's the spirit that counts for us and if we capture something raw and rockin' that's good enough for us, and then again if it's mellow that's pretty good too. Girth Lager met the Gawdy MooMoo in the mining game in WA, we had a band called the Ethel Creek Explosion that achieved notoriety in the North West for playing all original jazz-blues music at the local footy club annual wine and cheese night ... thankfully all the punters thought we were playing Santana covers ...!
