The Danger Bunnies started in 2006 when Indigo, Paris and Zoe decided with their mum and dads to start a band. Indigo had played violin for some time and sung since she was able to speak. Paris received her drum kit as a gift and Zoe wanted to play piano so it all came together after a few months of practice with original songs they began to play school fetes and Brisbane City Council gigs. After a while they needed a bigger sound so Emily splitz bunny joined and started the bass guitar. In 2007 they recorded a four track live recording and played more gigs. they also played the 07 2high Festival at the Powerhouse. They were heard to be Avant-garde and were asked to play at the Andy Warhol exhibition over 5 days which was a great experience and got a little more exposure - from here more gigs and some $ to record their first EP Passing Notes. Mid 208 Bunya Boy Bunny joined for yet a louder sound. The Danger Bunnies love performing.
