Elemental is based around the songwriting talents of Aly de Groote who has been peddling her craft in the Top End and elsewhere for years both as a solo act and with different combinations of musical talent. For the past 8 months she has been joined by the killer rhythm section of Zeb Olsen (ex seminal Sydney punksters, Matrimony) on bass, Kylie Smith on drums and Gaia on violin and backup vocals. They recently played the Darwin Festival and are regulars at Happy Yess, Darwin's only original local music venue.
