"Follow your inner moonlight, don't hide the madness" - Allen Ginsberg 1926-1997. Cut to mid 2009 and four like minded cohorts begin doing their damndest to channel such mantras into a steaming set of growing numbers. Ragged rock 'n roll infused with country swagger, combine to herald The Fallen Gentry as an exciting new proposition for Australian music fans. A courteous nod to the past with a keen eye on the future has enabled The Fallen Gentry to develop a sound that communicates in a distinctly unique yet also recognisable way. Throughout 2009 a batch of well received demos were recorded leading to a run of memorable shows across some of Melbourne's best known venues. Stand by for an EP recorded in early 2010 and a TFG show in a town near you.
