RIYL: The Smiths, R.E.M., You Am I, The Chills, The Church Across three decades, the band members have all served time in a number of Australian and New Zealand bands including The Lovetones, Steve Kilbey (solo), Scarlet, Charlie Horse, The Wednesday Night, Thorazine Shuffle and Semi Lemon Kola. Over the past six years, the band’s current lineup has delved into and refined their interpretation of jangly indie guitar rock, drawing influences from 60s rock, 70s power pop, 80s indie, and 90s alternative rock. Through this evolution, they have crafted their own self-proclaimed post-jangle rock ’n’ roll, characterised by tumbling rhythms, sublime harmonies, and an abundance of exquisite guitars! On their debut 2020 album 'First', the twin totems of melody and melancholy course through the sparkling and shimmering guitar lines. In 2025 the band have released their new double A-side 7" single on Half A Cow Records featuring the songs 'Yogyakarta Southern Coast' and L.A. In The Night'.
