The Firing Line was born in late 2012 from the brain trust of Adrian J. Addamo (Vocals, Lyrics, Synth, Songwriter), Nathan G. Addamo (Guitars, Vocals, Songwriter), Andrew Hassett (Guitars, Effects, Vocals, Songwriter) and Luke Brown (Drums, Percussion, Vocals). After a considerable break to travel, study, work and become "responsible" members of society, the four men (three of whom were members of successful independent Australian band From The Inside) were lucky to have profound encounters with incredible people in the most unlikely places. What became apparent was an undercurrent of people not content to "keep up with the Joneses" or value money as their sole motivator in life. Shouldn't creativity, harmony and community be far more important than an 80" TV set? With so many people on Earth living hand to mouth, how is it that some turn a blind eye those who are hungry, suffering, or have no access to education? Is it apathy?
