The Flaming Anvils were formed in late 2005 when Gumby, Ropi, Mick and Corey decided to bash out a song or two. Things progressed and eventually the band was formed, to the delight of all metalheads and free jazz fanatics. Gigs soon appeared and thanks to swr fm (99.9) who have let us play gig through blacktown on the back of a truck to a massive audience. Highlights include winning the Kurrajong Under 18 Talent Quest as well as radio events and countless other gigs. We have just recorded our first album so world domination is imminent so we can play on sunrise... or kerry anne.
