The Gasmatics have created a fine blend of confusion and paranoia infused riffs. Crash Bailey's style is not only refreshingly mediocre it is spectacularly naive. Bursting with the kind of honesty that can only come from blissful ignorance his collection of songs twang at the heart strings like a drunken punter clutching at betting slips and discarded fag ends.
