The Goldhearted are four guys who have various day jobs within the music industry, who like Santigold needed, and wanted to express their own musical sensibilities to the world. There is nothing fancy about The Goldhearted, it’s honest 90’s inspired rock n roll that is played from the heart with less frills than your grandma’s doily. There are no releases to speak of as yet but they have managed to play with the likes of British India, Violent Soho, Children Collide, Papa Vs Pretty and Nada Surf (US). Mainly due to their set of connection and the fact that getting paid is the last thing that excited them about playing shows. It’s just nice to be on the other side of the fence every now and again. If you are into bands like Ride, Built To Spill, The Hold Steady and any number of 90’s iconic Australian rock then you’ll more than likely be pretty happy with what you get from The Goldhearted. The Goldhearted are in it for a good time.
