West Coast Soundtrack inspired by Surf Rock, B Grade Movies and Elevator Muzak. The Half Past Nines are an instrumental outfit that take reverb soaked guitar tones, obscure (and sometimes made up) scales and mix them with surf driven drum beats. The Half Past Nines are comparable to bands like Messer Chups, Satans Pilgrims, The Shadows and The Atlantics whilst trying to find their own unique space within the instro-rock spectrum.
