The High Suburban are a genre-jumping bunch of boys from Melbourne’s suburbs. Although their influences range from King Crimson to the godawful Ball Park Music, they have managed to find common ground to create their own funk/indie/prog sound with songs that are musically complex, and tell stories of the slow-burning quest to find the high suburban. From August this year The High Suburban will be releasing a new single each month, so follow them on Unearthed and like them on Facebook to hear each new track as it comes along.
