The two Tims met while both studying Audio Engineering at TAFE in 2002 and formed a solid friendship after discovered a mutual interest in hardware samplers and analogue synthesizers. They also agree that big name dance acts have lost their edge and are currently embroiled in the good fight to bring hard hitting dance music back into the world. Each night you can find the two slaving over their sequencers and keyboards for hours on end in their seperate but nearly identical studios to make slamming tunes that could give pendulum a run for their money.
