Formed in 2012, 'The King's Republic' are a 5 piece Indie Rock band from the regional town of Bendigo, Central VIC. The incredible husky, unique vocals make way for intimate guitar riffs and tender keys. The King’s Republic are a diverse package, with a hint of grunge married with Strokes influenced indie rock and a bright pop sensibility influenced by luminaries such as Two Door Cinema Club and Foster The People. Friends for nearly a decade, their musical talents collaborate to form well crafted, catchy tunes. Dylan plays regular solo shows and Kai is the bassist of central Victorian band Steve Lane & The Autocrats. The King's Republic have played along side well known aussie bands such as British India, Calling all Cars and All The Colours. Much to come from these lads. https://soundcloud.com/the-kings-republic thekingsrepublicofficial@gmail.com
