‘The Lampreys’ formed a little while after Dan Lean (guitar and vocals) and Paul Redfern (violin, banjo, and mandolin) began busking together in early 2016. Dan had previously written a bunch of songs, which developed into what would eventually become their debut LP, ‘Songs I Hate’. In 2017, The Lampreys added Bradley Challenor on drums and recorded their second LP 'Questions for An Orange Sky.'
