Please allow me to introduce two guys… Shane and Kris …‘The Laundromats'. At a distance, they may seem rather ordinary, but up close their down-to-earth jokes, impeccable harmonies and quirky sense of humour are both refreshing and entertaining. They are incongruously fit for each other, and as strange as that oxymoron sounds, this is what makes them so good to watch on stage. ‘The Laundromats' completed their first Tour of Melbourne in September last year and recently returned from their first Sydney Tour in February 2006. And the Comedians they have worked with over the last year reads like a virtual ‘Who's Who' of Comedy: Wil Anderson, Orny Adams, Akmal Saleh, Mickey D,Dave Callan, Dave Grant, Garry Who, Jimmy Poulos, Greg Sullivan, Charlie Pickering, Mike Van Acker, Bev Killick, Denise Scott and, more recently, Chris "The Bloke" Franklin, Hung Lee & Jimeoin. These two Rock n Roll dropouts first made their transition from original music to Musical Comedians in the Raw Comedy
