The poor decadents of Mount Maunganui 'The Libres' have been strumming and swirling away for over 3 years. They released 2 singles released last year ‘I Wanna Know’ with a video & ‘Silver Girl’. They have just released 'Come Lay Around' single and video with funding from NZONAIR and featured on the Kiwi Hit Disc in February. The Libres are a band from New Zealand based around couple Dan & Natalie. They produce a pysch sound with a Madchester tinge. The Libres recently played a sold out gig with 'The Growlers' (US) at 'The Studio' Auckland. There is an exciting new single in the works and an EP coming this winter.
