In 2009, while on a family holiday in Vietnam, musician/songwriter Antonio ‘The Scientist’ Iannella suffered a near fatal stroke. He spent three months in rehabilitation relearning to sit, stand, walk and talk. Over the past five years Antonio turned to music to keep him motivated. He began playing one-handed piano as stroke rendered his guitar playing ability and soon wrote dozens of song, formed a band called The Lion Tamers, developed a recording studio in his home, Studio four99, and with his fellow tamer brothers Mario ‘The Governor’ Ortega and Chris ‘The RockStar’ Williams they recorded their debut album ‘Lost Translation.’ Lost Translation is a purely organic body of work, celebrating the union of three musician friends collaborating together with only one objective, enjoy making music!
