Conceived in the latter months of 2008, The Lions War began forming under a different name. Having sat dormant for several months, April 2009 was to be when fruition would take place. Having made a name for themselves throughout Queenslands east coast, releasing their first EP, titled Virus, and set to record again in July, The Lions War are looking to breakout into other states and cement their name in the metal and hardcore scene of Australia.
