Edit history

The locals were formed in school, late 2005 by Benjamin Croker (Bass, Vocals, Percussion) and Erik Cain (Guitar, Vocals). The two knew each other for many years before finally jamming together, and found that they had an uncanny understanding of each others style. From there they began writing songs together with a broad range of genres spanning from reggae to jazz to blues to folk, much of it acoustic. We try to embrace every culture, and prove to the world there is no shame in just giving it a dig!
