The Low Countries is the artist name for the songwriter/singer Nigel Parrington. I like to write in many genres, always with an ear for a shiny new melody and interesting, thought provoking lyrics. My default genre is melancholic indie-folk but I like to dabble in indie-pop, jazz etc. Collaborations always welcome! "Gorgeous" Tom Robinson, BBC6 Music "Indie-folk at its best" Folk Radio UK
