The Lulublues are a brand new Melbourne blues/soul/rock band comprised of seasoned musical monsters launching their first single ‘Some Big Cat Is Toying With Me’. Headed by Nic Malouf and Cash Williams (Spookyland & The Double Shadows) and backed by Drummer Liam Gough (Tamborine Jesus, Tevsky Brothers), Bassist Stephen Pitts (Battlesnake, Hevenshe) and Keyboardist Phoebe Elsworth (King Stingray). Drawing from the muddy yet nourishing springs of traditional blues and soul and mixing in spices from all over the musical spectrum, The Lulublues walk the line between a nutritious, energetic, tight, rock solid live performance and idiosyncratic sharp left turns, risks and musical surprises.
