The Mersons formed when Cameron Earl (ex The Chrysalids) moved into Merson St opposite Rohan Souter (songwriter and ex The Wandering Stars). Rohan happened to have a bucket full of self penned intropop tunes stowed on the 4 track for just such an occasion. The current line up also includes Jason Barnes (ex Innovation) on keyboards and bass player Des (Big D) Reaburn-Jenkin (ex Palaedium and Treacle).
