Starting out as a duo, Tom Skipworth and Kal Shepherd aka The Moonwhores began jamming a number of years back. Adding a bass player, Josh Lane, to the mix last year really stepped up the sound for the boys. The three piece indie rock band from Perth. Have been enjoying playing local gigs around Perth. They have some catchy original songs thrown in with a couple of classic covers. The have landed quite a strong following at all their live shows. They are keen to play some great new songs for new audiences! "Local duo Tom Skipworth and Kal Shepherd aka The Moonwhores took to the stage next, delivering a much-needed hit of grungy White Stripes-influenced punk rock for the increasing crowd. The inclusion of House Of The Rising Sun and Folsom Prison Blues mixed with great riff-heavy originals such as LAX made them the stand out act of the night"
