The Need is all about Rock. A 4 piece with no bullshit, no costumes, no masks, no decks and no respect. We've had our ups and downs like most bands but we're swimming through the shit. We've played in almost every respectable and non-respectable venue in Melbourne with some very respectable bands. We have also just found our 5th or 6th bass player (Steve), i loose cound but he is by far the best!!!!!! About 5 years ago, Pete and James had been jamming for a little while but without a singer. I hadn't been in a band in a couple years and so when we met, we thought we have a jam. Our lives have never been the same. We started off playing alot lighter music. Thank god we have developed into the deep throat rock that people seem to gag on these days.
