After forming almost a year ago, Hobart band The No Nos have been steadily gigging around southern Tasmania over the last seven months. The band formed with two things in mind - to have fun, and to make music they wanted to hear.Since they've been playing gigs (in all manner of places, including aboard a ferry in the middle of the Derwent River, deep in the bush, on the back of a truck, in a rural football club, and at a skate park) they've proven to be open to where, and who they play to. Well recieved by all ages and musical tastes, the band have pulled record crowds at the Trout Bar in North Hobart, as well as supporting Aussie legends Mental As Anything, recently they have received critical acclaim in Buzz Magazine, Sauce Magazine and The Mercury Newspaper. In the not so distant future they plan to release an E.P, tour the north of Tas, and hopefully tour Melbourne and beyond.
