The One Within, or TOW, are proponents of self styled "CHUNK Metal" with complex riffing, solid drumming and powerhouse vocals translating themes of rejection, alienation and all things dark and nasty with a sliver of hope. Their live shows are a proven high energy, stage owning experience delivered by a band that lives, breathes and bleeds the passion for their music. As TOW Duane, Gary, Todd, Pete and Harlee will be busting their guts for you and for a stellar 2014.
