We come from Albion Park, Jamberoo and Shellharbour, and we formed in 2014 from the ambers of a previous hardcore group that included our vocalist, guitarist and bassist, called Pressure Drop. Ever since we have been playing regular gigs around the Wollongong, Sydney, Newcastle and Canberra areas with some of our favourite local bands such as Easy Life, Staunch and Oppressor. We're made up of Josh Hanns on vocals, Tom Fogarty on guitar, Nat Pranic on bass guitar and Jake Ceely on drums. In February 2014 we recorded a five track EP at Short Studios, including a live bonus track, which you can also check out at the following pages: Facebook - https://www.facebook.com/pariahxband Bandcamp - http://hombrerecords.bandcamp.com/album/pariah We draw our influences from a diversity of genres and artists, including punk, metal, hardcore and a whole range of other more exotic styles. Some of our absolute favourite artists however include Sick Of It All, Trapped Under Ice, Stone Sour, Avenged

We are a young heavy metal band from Melbourne, Victoria and all go to the same school. We put on a very energetic show starting straight away from the opener to the last song of our set. We love to get the crowd involved in as many ways as possible and always put on some great stage presence. We have accomplished a lot over the year we have been together and continue to pursue out dream of playing music .

An emerging Alt country folk punk trio from Adelaide; The Pariah create a highly original and uniquely Australian sound utilizing a potent mix of melody, instrumentation and astute songwriting skill. With past live performances at SA venues such as The Grace Emily and The Crown & Anchor, The Pariah’s unique sound has garnered comparisons to artists such as Midnight Oil, REM, The Levellers and Redgum.
