After playing for 3 years at almost every live venue in Melbourne, The Pass Outs are back with a brand new line up, featuring founding member Singer/Songwriter Dave Sirianni, Ross Perry on Drums and Jasmine Mortimer on Bass. Being likened to The Foo Fighters and Powderfinger, for a 3-piece to fill these shoes is no mean task, but this tight rock outfit will surprise the most hardened rock punter. Dave’s vocal range and ability is reminiscent of such rock legends as Dave Grohl, Jack Black and Eddie Vedder. This comes to no surprise to those who know Dave, as he wears his influences on his sleeve. Ask any rock Drummer their influence, and it’s hard pressed not to find John Bonum in the same breath, Ross’s drumming style is no exception. And of course no rock band would be complete without a bass player who holds Flea in high regard while still maintaining individuality and style, which is Jasmine in a nutshell.
