We are a group of school mates who made a band about 3 or 4 years ago and played every week in a garage just because it was lots of fun. We started off playing punk/grunge but then evolved to a more hard rock feel. We don't take ourselves to seriously and enjoy writing stupid lyrics, but we think we've got a really cool sound and hope that you agree!

Bio history
Roll up Roll up - Come one, come all! Newcastle’s very own biological rarities, The Pits are packing the Cabaret Core caravan and the whole circus is coming to town. Peter Pit relocated to Hobart in 2012, and played solo and a couple of bands before two members of the Hobart band Naked helped establish The Pits in Hobart. The new year means people shuffle off the Island, and this left room for Keith Churchill from the Lucky Dips to join in on drums. Then Bill Dodd from Platypus Freaks joined in on keyboards to make the four-piece we are today. Big banging sounds coming your way. From our bedroom to yours! I hope you like the tracks.
