Currently recording their 2nd single to add to the EP launch planned for later in the year, The Poetkillers have come a long way from just being a covers band in Brisbane Australia. The 1st track "Long way home" represents a starting point for the band on its own journey of discovery in songwriting and recording. With the songwriting coming from George, mixed with the talented musical and arrangement and production skills from Mike, the band is expanding their genre reach across pop and rock. With another 6 tracks written and ready for recording watch this space for more tracks to be uploaded with the plan to go live with the set list in the near future.
